I have always believed that this reservation system should be limited to one generation only meaning if the dad got the favor and is in good position then the kids should not be in the OBC list anymore.
It will affect the general category merit students .. For example, i had my friends in school who used to come to school in cars rather than buses and score lower marks than me and still get a better seat just because they have a stupid "OBC surname" attached to their surnames..
So, whats the point ?? where 's the justice.. my merit was valued much lesser than this guy just because I do not happen to have a "OBC surname" attached too my name ???

This question was unanswered to lower caste people and they were suppressed for more than 1000 years! You are tired for less than 60 years? Fight for no caste system if you can or marry a SC ST girl so that your children get the facilities or work hard and accept your fate. This reservation should continue as long as inequality exists in indian soceity. Let the brahmins get tired and abolish caste systam and declare all hindus are same like in islam or chritianity

Who are the brahmins to decide about that. We are the young youth of this nation, let's decide. If we really got the courage to leave this caste system.

Ravi,
If the Brahmins agree to abolish the caste system, do you think the other communities (currently enjoying reservations) would be willing to do the same? I really doubt that.
