Let the fair competition in place first. It is observed that the number of employees recruited of a particular group depends on the members of the group present in selection committee. Is that transparent. Till background playing exists reservation is a must.

Please dont insult people like that. Shame on you! This is why caste still exists in India.

A lot of us have suffered because of reservations but it doesn mean we can talk like this.
