No body dare to question the foresightedness of our uneducated, ugly minded, corrupt politicians in this decision...............they are hereby devising a new indirect method of population control..... the backward classes (which are typically a high children strata of the society due to their illetracy and poverty) willnow get educated and thus population growth will get under control on the other hand upper classes will be discouraged to have children as their future will be anyways bleak........so great innovative way of population control..........

pl. dont talk about population. Minorities are already breathing down your neck. Now there will be more and more numbers in teh rank of OBCs.

You dont have courage first, even myself because of dirty poitics. They will come and kill us if they know our identity. Then our super supreme court will investigate without result.
