Maharashtra is the one of the most industrially prosperous states of the nation. Hoping to find a job(The reason why they call it Sapno Ki Nagri), all the UPis, Beharis, Bengalis think once they land up here, their life will be Set. Once all their attempts turn futile, such people contribute to the "jhopadpatti" in slums in Mumbai. Dirtying Mumbai!

DUE TO THE REST OF INDIAN STATES, BOMBAY WAS GLOWING... AS U SAID 'JHOPADPATTI' HAS COMEUP IN MUMBAI IS NOT DUE TO NORTH INDIANS, IT IS U SICK MARATHIS.. O.K WHAT U WANT TO DO IS TO DRIVE PEOPLE OF UP, BIHAR, BENGAL OUT OF MUMBAI (YAAR, U MARATHIS HAS FAILED TO KEEP THE DECENCY OF THE NAME 'BOMBAY' AND CALLING IT 'MUMBAI') JUST THINK ONCE WHAT HEAT YOUR FELLOW MARATHI BROTHERS WILL FACE IN ALL THESE STATES....

u r living in a fools world if u think that maharashtra or mumbai are glowing ONLY bcoz of the so called "talented outsiders" from all the other "prosperous states". other people could come, stay and work in mumbai with such ease only bcoz the locals (read maharashtrians) are accomodating by nature. if u think only the so called outsiders have contributed to mumbai and maharashtra and the local (read marathi people) have no contribution, then u really need to get real......u have to come down to mumbai or for that matter any other part of maharashtra these days and see what kind of bias the people from other states have while dealing with the locals. if u think we are fools harping on regionalism and language and are so narrow minded pls come and have a look at the so called "broad minded outsiders". get a life before you belittle the marathi people.get real.

The 7th dirtiest city in the world can become clean only if stock exchange ,corporate offices of pvt sector and central government institutes shift to other cities like Gandhinagar , Gurgaon and Bangalore. In fact with rapid strides in communication - corporate offices can be split accross the country instead of forcing people to come to world's dirtiest cities for work.
Now that Raj has toned down his anti-UP/Bihar thing and is now against all non-marathi people - this clarity will help those who thought that as long he is bashing Biharis , it is OK - we Panjabis, Gujaratis etc are safe.
