The author is a chinese agent. He has used a concocted mix of his imagination and adhoc instances to either to glorify the CIA or split Dalai lama, India and US. Lets get real. CIA is now only 5% of what they were. Successive governments have either reduced their funding on real terms or they have reduced it to size. They could not see 9/11 coming with all their might and technology. How alone they can plan something 12,000 miles away without even anyone noticing? One has to be dumb to agree with the author.
