This Richard M Benett guy does sound quite an expert and I am not saying this because of his obvious attempt to impress us with names & other details not easily available. Obviously he is correct. CIA cannot ignore such a delicious oppurtunity, but my heart goes for the tibetans. They will be tortured & butchered for treason. These protests will not be of any consequence in the long run & will die down. And it will have no effect on China or USA, but the poor Tibetan Population will face the wrath of Chinese military for years to come. I hope nothing bad happens during the games.
