So that Kannadigas and Tamils get TV and Rice in a merged state.Karunanidhi can become CM for two and a half years and Deve Gowda (if he joins Congress for the good of his children)the remaining two years. And Deve Gowda will start Ragi mudde bhavans in Tamil Nadu and Karunanidhi can construct resorts in Hogenakkal.
