Dear Balaord, I feel sorry for again pestering you. But pl answer the following question:
1) Even during the recently concluded OIC meeting the participants came up with only the age old clich?"Islam is in danger" rather than coming up with any concrete solutions for the problems plaguing the Islamic Society! Who is the threat to your religon? The muslims all over the world are fond of another cliche "Zionist conspiracy" Why are you so paranoid as to think that your religion, which has now lasted for over 1400 years, is in any danger?
2) After 3 days of deleberatins, reps of 300 madrassas had concluded that "Medical Insurance" is akin to gambling and as such Muslims should not take such a policy.
When you have such religious leaders, do you need any enemies??

Dear balaord, it seems that either you or me are mistaken. As far as I know, no insurance company can survive on Interest. They invest the money in the Stock market and govt securities to earn good return.
To my understanding your religion (or for that matter any religion) is only thriving on the ignorance of its followers.
Till about 2 years back, even I was thinking that Islam is a peaceful religion (I am hailing form an area where we have nearly 20% muslim population and due to better education, we do not have much of communal hatred).
It was only the hate-filled messages of many bloggers that forced me to go deep into the matter.
There won't be any religion (or atleast the sort of intolerance we witness today) in another 100 years due to the spread of information technology. Information on any subject is now available at the click of a mouse and there is no way anybody can supress the same.
