India & Pak both should release Prisoners of War. but I won't suggest to release Terrorist who captured by COP OR militery in recent years.these anti-social element should be Hanged. we don't request pakistan Govt to release if one who arrested in a charges of Terrorism & anti-social elements.

How could you say that he is an innocent? I would put it in this way NO Terrorist should be released out of the jail once captured, if proved guilty. Whether they should be hanged or should be converted into life imprisonment that is one of the issues which can be discussed and negotiated on humanitarian ground.
