Congress is mother of caste politics

They used KHAM- 3 Hindu castes , and rallied Muslims religiously- thus got power in Guj and elsehwere in late 1970s/early 1980s.
In Karnataka they are playing Mayavati's role.
As Hindus are uniting, Congress is looisng ground.
Congress cannot play this double game for long- people have seen thro' this.
