India should not entertain any discussion on kashmir. Since it's an integral part of India, Pakistan does not have any authority to ask india for any solution.
regarding bi-lateral tieup, this is a good step proposed by Pakistan. Rather than investing lots and lots of money on defense, the same can be invested in infrastructure and global warming issues.

If you're a Paki, you better worry about your own compatriots who get to elect their own governments once in like a couple of decades. And if you're a Kashmiri (this looks more likely), turn west and start walking till you reach Muzaffarabad in "Azad" Kashmir.

India did not capute Kashmir. Kashmir itself integrated with India, when Pakis attacked Kashmir. It is mainly due to Pak support to ultras (misguided) there are problems.

Dear dont make castles in the air come to the groudn reality. Kashmir can never be separted any any cost from india. After agreement with j&k king it has become part of india. Just like sindh,lahore and karchi were once part of india and after agreement now they are with pakistan. So dont dare to think this.
