1. Pakistan politician or Army do not have guts to fight against Kabila militia 2. They have seen thier power in resent election ( as loss of Bhutto) 3. Pak Army or Politician do not have control on ISI ( Pakistani Inteligence) 4. ISI is not funded by Pak Army; however it generates its own revenue by drug deal and arm deals 5. Pak Army or politician only assign head to ISI; however it is run by someone else in down level. 6. ISI has to work along with Kabila militia as they help them to farm and prepare drugs. 7. ISI has even eliminated Ex. Pak President Zia Ul Haq. His murder was done based on conflicts of drug deals. 8. Musharaf or Nawaz or any other leader can not have guts to visit South east, North or east area of Pakistan. 9. Nawaz is leader from Punjab, Bhutto was from Sindh, Musharaf is Muhajjid ( Indian Migrant) If Pakistan or India wants quick resolution or peace then they should co-operate with each other to eliminate Kabila leader and Militia.
This Militia is not like Maoist in India, they are ruler of thier area like Sardar or Lords.

Bottom line, we have created a enemy to last entity and i think that is what Gandhi-Nehru, could not visualise, or they chose the lesser evil, i.e. rather have an enemy outside the house than in, i think they must have taken the desition based on the prevailing conditions.
As for future, as long as we are strong, nothing can go wrong, the day we lessen our guard, we are done !!

We can beat this Kabila militia now when Pak/afganistan politician wants to relif from militia. If you take look at past, then you will realise that even britisher was not able defeat them because they are not army or they do not have any base like army.
Since Russia and US occupation of Afganistan, Kabila militia has receivied backing from ISI. ISI has come out with economical model for Kabila people. If we help Pak to defeat Kabila people then India will gain supermancy in south indian continent. They will defeat ISI ( now Chinies agent). They will reduce narcotics cases in India as well as across world. They will defeat Al-qaida ( atleast from indian continent). India and Pak do not have to spend much on arm deals.
