It is mentioned that the scheme is postponed till the elected Govt assumes office.
At Kerala & Andhra only elected govt are ruling, then why Mullai periyar dam issue and Palar issue is not solved.
Truly he is not interested in any development activities except his family.
Look at the fate of the old Veernam project, and Sethu Samudram project.
No body can foll the people always.
