if a man has no ill will and all good will to the people of the state where he has migrated, it is OK. versatility with the local language,the contribution, the donation, philonthrophic act to that state depends upon several factors. he need not be condemed for not being liberal with his contribution or even lack knowledge of the local dialect.. his total contribution should only be assessed.
