New ministers

There should be some law to dissuade CECs & judges from taking up / accepting posts in Government.

Very correct . The EC whose impartial nature is important to democrasy could be seen as corrupt if election commissioners after retirement join polilical parties! Their decisions while as commissioners may be seen as 'investment' for the future
