These new ministers are either sycophants or wards of dead sycophants ( probably killed to make way for Sonia). They will just lick each other while Indian poor can't buy two square meals.. 60 years of garibi hatao plan Soon Q ka beta would rule because he is cute as per one TOI journalist puts it.

You see Samir, Congress is the foremost Bap-Beta-beti Party and the dynastic sucession is there at all the levels. Absolutely no considerations of Merit.Only Loyalty Counts! If you are a Gandhi Parivar man, you automatically become "Dynamic"!
