No point in blaming Tamil or Kannadiga. The politician scoundrels trying to get electoral mileage.
First thing Karuna nd AM Krishna shud have done is appeal for peace. Do not permit film stars or anyone to conduct protest meetings. Get on a table and talk it out.
If we have problems with neighbouring states who both come under the Union, how do we expect to make any effort of solving Pakistan or China border issue. Please nationalise water resources and ensure amicable agreement on sharing of resources.

Dear Pravin,
Hope you understand the implications before saying anything: a. Hogenakal is not entirely their area. Some of it belongs to karnataka and if a dam is built, water will fill our space. b. It is lot easy to increase the capability of mettur to serve the purpose. Why can't they do it? c. Big reservoir in a low lying area, will increase the water flow, drying up our Canals (need rework of the canals with increased slope)
Before saying any thing on Karnataka, please think about it!
