Victim complex is ripe with tamils. Their insecurity and false boastfulness arises from that complex.

Mr. John,
Why are blaming TN for this issue?. Is TN denying water to Karnataka or claiming Hogenakkal with no official records. Buddy, its the other way round. Do understand the ground reality instead of spreading hatred. Don't vandalize the victims.

tamils behave like tamils, not Indians. Which is why there never was a PM from their state. They don't to think in a broadminded way where they are just a part of India.

There is rampant casteism more in tamil nadu than andhra pradesh, which is so many caste based political parties. regionalism is there in all districts everywhere. Being Indian is a totally different issue. You got my point anyway.

In TN, it is not being practised except in certificates and used for job and education purposes. But whenever an andhr student comes here for studies, he is eager to know his fellowmates caste and caste pride. He goes to AP whenever new movie of chiru is relased just to make presence on the release day. Even they have done poojas as a group in special occassions. You cant watch any TN guy abusing other publicly based on caste. But it happens in AP.

Political display of casteism is more detrimental. In your state people are rallied along caste lines. People in AP vote for any party congress or tdp, not on caste basis. Rest is irrelevant. some college kids talking about caste in collages is not a serious issue.

Periyar is the scum of the earth, he got some original thoughts when he was high on drugs and some followers of him believe that to be true.

Tamilians didnt ban Hindi speaking people, Hindi movies, never compelled any one to speak in tamil. India is a union of states. Hindi is DECLARED as national language based on majority. It is not compulsory. Any citizen has his own birth rights to be as he like. When the north indian govt. in 1960s tried to sandwich hindi, people protested. They didnt say hindi must not be spoken. Even till 5 years back many people learnt hindi out of their own interest (inlcuding me). Thats the it has to be. If people oppose it, then that doesnt mean anti-indianism. Karnataka ruled out the central govt order to release water before 10 years. Things like that are anti-indianism. Go to saukarpet in chennai, it doesnt give any atmosphere of tamil nadu, but it is fully occupied by marwaris who live peacefully and speak completely in hindi. No one protested them even when anti-hindi movements were going on way back in 1960s. All those marwari children who studied with me back in school were allowed to study hindi instead of tamil. dont intensify with wrong messages without knowing in detail.
