What are u blabbering..M.s.Swaminathan is the father of food revolution in India..india ecame self-suffcient bcoz of him.

The Green Revolution created wide regional and interstate disparities. major contribution by Punjab, UP west and Haryana. rest of states opposed and started interstae disparities. Mr swami was minister and his job to initiate this. but he failed to make unity between all states. That's why as on today, we have food insecurity & agriculture is one of the low income area.
