am from kerala and i have clear underastanding between those fight. i dont have any politics, but wot i undersntand is that this time for kannur killings cpim used governmnet missionary very well. thats the main reason for this national level fights. the fightings in kerala only happen when cpim is in power.otherwise it is peaceful. so if kerala cpim control its violence then the whole story will end there

Hey Sabu, Come on man. Every one in Kerala knows why Kannur flares up whenever CPM is in power. If you see the history of clashes in Kannur, it is always CPM in one side. And BTW, it is always poor workers out there [like auto-drivers, labourers, etc] who are getting killed or injured. I have been there for a long time and during college days I was a supporter of SFI also. Even the recent problems started when the government shifted Manoj Abraham (SP, Kerala Police) from Kannur. The violence in Kannur will stop immediately if the CPM leaders decide. But not sure they will think that way, since all these leaders have moved their children out of Kannur. They are working in American companies now (!!!!) or gone abroad to study how communism works in USA and UK!!!!
