I think this case has taken a different turn. It is a fact that we goans should be ashamed of the fact that there was allegedly a major cover up in the cause of death just to prevent the unearthing a major drug mafia operating on north goa beaches...But Goa does not deserve a title as an unsafe tourist destination.. Obviously a girl drunk and under influence of drugs at 3 Am would lead to the same sequence of events in any other place..Well major clean up is necessary in the north Goan beaches..

Even if we assume that Scarlett was a drug addict, herlife was not cheap or dispensable. What NCW dis was correct. In fact, it should have done this earlier when Scarlett's mother was screaming for help. My guess is that people who represent NCW are volunteers with other work they may not be do all that is needed and at the right time. But, this finding unearths a problem that there try to lure young foreign women to first into drugs then to drugs. I hope the Central and the Goan government adopts some of NCW's recommendation.
