agreed that it is a crime but scarlet and her mother should also bear the responsibility...u cannot keep on provoking people in the anticipation that they will abide by the law..hw can u expect whn u yourself dont abide by the moral duties..

Police have their responsibilities and they can not run away with it. They are paid for their job

look into the broad picture. the police should do the duty..that everybody understands. but think ..even if the police punishes the culprit can the mother get back her child? no. she should also have been a little responsible mother for her teenage daughter. in any country 15 yr old is a minor and is the responsibility of the parents.

Not correct mr tripathy. People cant take law into their hands. there is law machinery to deal with.

i m not saying that if a lady is heavily drunked and taken charas, she should be raped. i m just saying we have some moral responsibilities too. one should respect oneself as a female and take care of her dignity. that was too much whn a lady is heavily drunked and half naked dancing with guys. as an exmple, theft is a crime...agreed ?? so why do u lock ur doors before going out?coz u take care of ur money...got my point?
