shame on indian politics
by Ramanasri buddhiraju on Apr 03, 2008 05:51 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

No state can now survive without people from other states. people from other states are a sizable part of population in free india. if such agitations become the norm it will be only chaos in our country. do they think that kannada speaking people are not there in other states or for that matter raj thackeray thinks marathis are absent in north india?

An Useless comment from Karunanidhi and Public
-----------------------------------------------
support from Bangalore
------------------------

Here is an useless comment from Karunanidhi and see the support in Bangalore.

The only thing which hatred brings is more hatred. Nothing else.

Not only Kannadigas, but almost all people from all other states have supported removal of Tamils.

Tamils have actually started it when they opposed Hindi. I personally think nothing wrong with that. However, the question is about accpetance. And they did not accept, even if some of the things from Hindi are really good.

Some of the best known singers, writers, artists from TN are virtually unknown across India due to this narrow mentality. M. Vijayalakshmi though a very talented singer does not hold the same recognition as a Lata Mangeskar does. Another very talented artist Vikram do not hold the same respect as a Shaharukh Khan does (a very mediocre actor as he himself has accepted). And many more.

Coming to Karantaka, Bangalore has seen explosive growth as Kannadigas have far more accepatance capability added to intellectual capability. They have accpeted people from all across India. So even Tamils find it comfortable to stay after 1992 riots. The city offers so much diversity.

Now that Tamilians are in Karantaka, love the state in which you stay. I really doubt they like Karantaka. It is all about money and they will flee after that.

You are talking about acceptance? Rajnikanth is a super hero than any other. Here people willing to accept him as CM. Miss Jayalalithaa is our ever CM
. We forget many actors are from karnadaga. Noe Mr. Viyayakant a Telugu Tamilian striving for CM.We already allowed Malayaleee, Telugu & Kannadaga to rule us. What else? Can you tell us any other state like us?

And if you talk with a Tamilian here in Bangalore it is all about Chennai and TN.

At the same time, politicians like Karunanidhi who gives inflamatory statements has put their daughters in KA, their MPs speak Hindi in parliament and he himself writes Hindi poetry. However, when it comes to TN everything changes. It is tamil all the way. Again nothing wrong with that, but why to thrash other cultures, why not to accept people from all parts of India and why to force them to speak in Tamil when they are in Chennai.

Now that you have started it, Tamilians, you are getting the return of it. It will not go away. First change your outlook and come out of the well. As N. Karthikeyan (from TN) tells "Tamil society is a closed society".
