HCL = From Delhi (I know Tamils will jump, but check)
The reason is simple. Software is all about team culture and english.
Where as Tamils is all about tamil team culture and tamil.
However, as you can see Tamils are there in good positions in the aforementioned companies. Reason being infested. Wherever they go, they will bring five with them.
And from Chennai there is not a single company which is of repute and there never will be.
Regionalism is the core strength. They can not survive on pure talent fight.

No foreign companies are successful in Japan but Japan is the World's second largest economy.In Japan,everything will be in Japanese and if you think that you can survive only with English,they will teach you a lesson(of course in Japanese) :-)
Respect others' Mother Tongue.Simple concept. Or Don't come to Japan.

Exactly...Learn Tamil if you want to succeed in doing business in Tamil Nadu.I don't think it is a good idea if you come to Tamil Nadu to earn money but asking people to learn your language?!!
McDonald,Hyundai,Ford,Infosys etc are there in TN too but
This is also the reason why TATA could not get a piece of land in TN for their industries.
I have many Tamil friends but they all say that THEY ARE NOT AGAINST ANY ONE,ANY RELIGION(Abdul Kalam,Ex President of India is from TN),ANY LANGUAGE but it doesn't mean that you should take advantage of it and thrusting your culture and language on them.
They love Abdul Kalam,Rajnikanth,Jayalalith,MGR,Prakash Raj,Arjun etc. etc. though they belong to different cultures.
Respect Tamil's culture and they will make you KINGS!

Sreedhar, you are a foool, who does not know anything about Tamil and Tamilians. Check the honesty of Tamils. TN is number 2 after Maharashtra to give more revenue to the government. All honest tax payers. The lowest crime rate amongst the 4 metros. Feel shame to talk about the caste. Tamilians do not put caste name as surname, like barbarian like you

Its because of people like you india was not able to come up in the world. Just think, if we fight like this how the foreign companies will come and invest their money here. They will simply go to china. Eventually, kannadiga and tamilnadu even the entire nation will have to beg without job. If you really think to do something for this country dont encourage these kind of state fights. Every time you find flaws on tamils and tamils find flaws on kannadiga and the ultimate disgrace is only to india. Hope you get my point. If you still talk on this forum abt some state, i am sure you should be a pakistani or chinese who want break the country using people like you.
