United States,Canada and Australia are real Federal but india is a cheat federal state when karnataka was implementing kaveri projects in 1978 the same karunanidhi signed in papers considering the neighbourhood relations like wise when banglore drinking water project is implemented then patil government gave ascent that if tamil nadu accept then hokkenagal scheme will be accepted papers are this time with tamil nadu that even karnataka politicians aware also the border of hokkenakal is settled during british period itself with then salem district of madras presidency and mysore state then princly state i am seeing hear some kannadigas fighting saying tamil nadu cheates them what hear in tamil nadu fully feel other than politicians is if karnataka is prepared to release real kaveri water into tamil nadu then it can drain flood water hear if its not interested in real kaveri water then we dont need flood water if you fighting kannadigas prepared for this go and stop all water from karnataka entering tamil nadu including flood water if you accept that we are prepared to look the other way for water atlast what india government says 290000 mt thorium in that almost 140000 is in tamil nadu if india accepts tamil nadu as confedaration then we will use our nuclear brain say (Raja Ramanna),Apj Abudl kalam and Chidambaram or many young nuclear scientist we have kalpakkam if needed we will go in for any treaty with friendly countries to have water for our needs with our resources becoz

If you pelple indians cant accept the genuine fight if not real water the no flood water you indians not accept that genuiness of tamil nadu then what we do also after india got independance upto 1985 there is various ways hindi government in central used to do with tamil nadu to study hindi hear got limited success then after IT revolution Western countries opened its doors go and check with americans will tell that the darker skinned ones from southern part of india is better in IT than other indians beyond that there is no need for us to illustrate our brillaince.

Much of Thorium deposits in India are in Kerala. Check the sources before claiming everything in Tamil Nadu. Tamil Nadu has nothing worthwhile except Lignite and Cement.
