Muslim nations have invested $5 trillion spreak over US govt securities, swiss and luxembourg banks, UK govt securities, etc. So they can live and eat for generations with interest alone.
BTW oil in Saudi arabia will last 40 years by present consumption. Beneath this oil there is thicker oil which is hard to purify and expensive. I am sure multinational oil giants by 2040 will figure out how to use this as well. This deposit is 10 times the deposit of normal oil.
And dont forget evergreen Toursim in Saudi Arabia. 25 million tourists visit Saudi Arabia every year bringing in cash dollars and euros.

Once fusion technologies make petro resources irrelevant there will be no buyers for oil. Once the $5Trillion(it it is true) dries up, Islam will be reduced to history.

Jet engines, auto engines, military vehicles all run on petroleum bye products. No replacement for these has been found with equal speed and efficiency.
You cannot run a boeing or a sukhoi by solar power.
TRUST ME petrol economy is here to stay. World car sales in electric hybrid vehicles is less than 0.1% and those too use petrol as a fuel along with electric battery.

Technologies improve all the time. And new current hyperplane tech. involves using air breathing/combustion technology for jet engines. 20 years back todays computing power was unimaginable. So dont be too sure about 20 years from now.
What you said is true. Even though there is a lot of oil in KSA, still people suffer. I totally agree with you. Does that make Islam bad. Blame the government and not the religion.
