This is all because of the language and linguistic states that have been formed after independence. India should have been not divided on linguistic basis. It should have been United States of India. Unless we are divided based on language, this problem persists and the people who are speaking other languages and living in other states have to face these attrocities e.g. Kannadigas in Tamilnadu, Goa & Maharashtra, tamils in Karnataka, and other states and so as Biharis, Gujaratis living in Maharashtra.
