One cup of water, two "brothers and sisters" in the waiting. Who'll get it? The kid that screams the loudest in the family. That's what Tamil Nadu is, so far. They even managed to connive with the British to deny water for the farmers of Mysore and Mandya. It's time for Kannadigas to scream and get attention.
