just last week a canal from gujarat sent narmada water to rajasthan. what made it possible? both gujarat and rajasthan have bjp govt. karnatka and tamil nadu too can do it. elect bjp govts. karnatak will get opportunity very soon.

Have you not seen Edurappa, Karnataka BJP chief's statement on Hoggenekal? It is three times more strident than Vattal Nagaraj's! BJP is national party with a regional agenda

The problem is the regional party ruling the states in India, they have no national agenda and as far as TN is concerned, the dravidian party looks at it as a country in itself and doesn't care about its neighbours..and always tries to ride rough shode over its neighbours using there clout at the center..
