One way is to make desalinated water in TN using solar power.. why dont the Tamil egg heads work on this.. rather than adopting the beg, borrow or steal attitude for cauvery water

TN has equal rights over cauvery as it flows more than 50% in TN. So nothing wrong in asking for a share.
