The Indian Media is definitely a slave of 10 Janpath else they would not talk about Raul Maino (also called Rahul Gandhi) who is a known mafia like his illustrous mother -Antonio Maino.
The media never reported this incident in early 2000's when Raul Maino was caught with $100,000 cash by FBI in Boston and later detained when Raul could not give sufficient/cogent explaination for this crime.
However such is the clout of Antonio Maino (nee Sonia Gandhi)...they gave FBI personal assurance of the then PM Vajpayee to release Raul...
Indian media completely blanked this crime and on contrary trying its best to force this ediot as PM on us...
And his affair with daughter of Columbian mafia king is well know and whence he assumes top office in India, like his mother (did for her Italian Mother) would start smuggling antiques for Columbian Father-in-law.
I would not even keep him as my peon in NYC office

like you reported and provided a link ... a suit was filed with the high court. do you know what happened of that lawsuit.
I am sure that it has been tossed out long back.
See, anyone can file a lawsuit ... it is part of our right to justice provided by the constitution. but merely filing a lawsuit doesn't make it "the truth" these are just allegations and allegations are dime a dozen ... often instigated by political mischief and rarely by facts.

Anyone can file a lawsuit, but when you file it against person like Raul Maino :), you will always lose. Think before you take such a decision. Law is for regular people. Raul is beyond the law.
