Sonia is questioning the existence of Rama, the Government say the Congress Party and leftists have denigrated the Hindu faith to a new low. I wonder what would have happened had an affidavit raising doubts on the existence of prophet Muhammad or Jesus been filed by the Government? The world would have been in flams by this time. No political dispensation would have dared to do so. Hindu society is being subjected to repeated humiliation and insult.
The moot point is why Hinduism is being subjected to such humiliations time and again in the very soil where it is deep-rooted for millions of years? On the other hand, politicians are competiting each other to out do each other in appeasing the so called minorities, for the minorities form a solid vote bank whereas on the other hand, the lethargic and chronically divided Hindu society on the basis of umpteen reasons, never constitute a solid vote bank. Hindus are no more required by anybody in this country.
It is high time that Hindus start pondering over their plight and unite themselves forgetting the differences - like casteism created by the very same politicians, so that nobody ever dare to challenge their faith. Wake up Hindus, for your very existence is being questioned now.
