As an atheist and a rationalist, I condemn Karunanidhi and DMK. They are trying to hijack our atheist and rationalist beliefs in order to peddle their racial agenda. As atheists, we should be trying to reduce the amount of strife that comes from religion, and not to increase it. There were bad men in history like Stalin who destroyed churches and committed attrocities in the name of atheism, but he brought us a bad name. We should condemn such extremism done in the name of atheism. Karunanidhi is an admirer of Stalin, and so we should be suspicious of him. He is a racist in rationalist's clothing.

karunanidhi has no right to talk about Ram ..he doesnt have even how many wives or kids he has ..Such a bloody infidel should no talk about Ram . Does he has braveness to talk about Islam and christain being an atheist .We need organization like VHP to condemn these guys otherwise tehy will turn hindusim into minority community

What are you talking about? Karunanidhi is not trying to bring in a racial agenda....all he is trying is to build the bridge that is his election manifesto. The bridge that is approved by the central govt. Now in the name of Ram and his monkey it is stalled. I am surprised that a rationalist like you dont get it.

when he talks abt ram being aryan god? is not the "racism "..now let us talk abt the bridge ..the economic,ecological,arheological information is lacking to continue this project.
when you do not make any money by this project what is the use? when Kerala can be devastates by "tsunami" what is the usse? when millions of fisher man will be deprived of their livelyhood what is the use ?
