Bihar is a place with out bhais

In bihar there is saying..

Jiski lathi . uski Bhais. ( the one who has the stick . He is the owner of the Buffalo)..

Since Lalu has already taken the Bhais.. everyone is left with the sticks and they know what to do with it and they are using it in the same way
