I do not believe in this theory. But after observing the characteristics of the North Indias, I feel the theory can be true. The uncivilized way of behaviour towards public, treatment of women, taking on civilized people and criminal activities etc endorses such notions. It is ridiculous!

Who says all the north Indians are Aryans only, People from Southern states has also come to north India, May be they are the culprits, what do you say mate? So don't generalize. & First of all this theory is a white & bright lie & second if this theory holds any ground then you don't deserve to blame at all because it is the survival of fittest.
