People in Punjab, Haryana and Western UP are born criminals. Delhi, unfortunately, is overcrowded by these scoundrels. In law breaking and bribing, Punjabis are the first. Criminal activities Hariyana is the first. Western UP is the breeding place of terrorists. These scoundrels kill innocent people in broad daylight with whatever their hands could lay upon. Sometime ago, one person was killed by hitting on his head with bricks for he was slow in crossing the road. He was coming from hospital.

I dont think its Punjabis n Haryanvis, its more to do with those goons from UP and Bihar who have made delhi unsafe for women
