The rapists when caught should be given death sentences.
But the question is whether they will be ever caught, and if they are caught (surprise! surprise!), will appropriate justice be ever given.
The tragedy is that in Delhi nearly all criminals have political connections with the ruling political party, and thus get away scot free with the crime.

Don't you have death sentence in Pakistan for rapes? OOps, I forget that rape is officially sanctioned in Pakistan. What did you guys did to the army major who raped Shazia Khalid? I assume, nothing. May be he got a promotion.

yes. you are correct..They MUST be punished by death sentence. This is the only solution to keep women in safe and prevent men from committing such a uncivilized activities..That's why The Great Islam has suggested the punishment.
