Rapists should be dealt more sternly.Jailing them for 14 years or hanging them will not solve this problem.Rapists should be castrated as that is perfect answer for rape.

no...castrated violated do not fare well in society... the subdued sexuality will turn them into more violent individuals. The only answer is .... termination !!!!! they do not deserve to share this precious planet with normal humans !!!
