All this brutal incidents happen in other part of India too but delhi has no comparison. Women feel insecure over here be it a mall, be it blue line bus, be it palika bazar. Delhi men feel that every girl walking on street is for pleasure only. I stayed for 3 yrs in Delhi and many times observed that how mid age people try to molest girls. Don't blame on a single community. Be it punjabi/jaats/ Biharis/ Bhaiyas..everybody is involved in these guys. These people might have got money but they are very poor in terms on culture.

"I am from Delhi first & then India" thats the attitude of many..flamboyant culture...stinks when women are concerned...Women want justice & not reservations....
