A PERSON WHO KNOWS HIS/HER RELIGION NOT BY MERE READING, BUT BY EXPERIENCE OF ALL PERVADING GOD ALONE WILL LET THE PERSON UNDERSTAND THE TRUTH THAT ALL RELIGIONS ARE ONE AND THE SAME IN THEIR BASELINE.
THIS IS SIMILAR TO 3 PERSONS TRAVELLING TOWARDS SAME DESTINATION BY 3 DIFFRENT DIRECTIONS VIA PLANE. AS AND WHEN THE PLANES ARE FAR FROM THEIR DESTINATIONS, TEHY HAVE LOT AND LOT OF DIFFERENCES ABOUT THE DESTINATION SINCE EACH VIEWS DIFFERENT THINGS IN DIFFERENT DIFRECTIONS. BUT AS AND WHEN THEY GET MORE AND MORE CLOSER, TEHN, THEY START TO SAY SAME THINGS. WHEN THEY REACH THE DESTINATION FINALLY, THEN THEY WILL SAY IN UNISON OF THE SAME TRUTH. SIMILAR IS THE PATHS OF RELIGIONS AS WELL AS EVEN THE PATH OF AN ATHEIST AS WELL. 1.HINDUS HAVE 3million GODS? When everything and everyone is GOD in this world and if its a matter of they knowing this truth, then having 3 million GODS is very less. The count of 3million GODS signifies infinity. AN INDIVIDUAL IS FREE TO PRAY TO THE ALL PERVADING DIVINITY IN WHATEVER FORM HE/SHE LIKES BASED ON THE BENT OF THEIR MIND OR CHARACTER. 2. LORD KRISHNA HAVING 16000 girlfriends? LORD KRISHNA IS A ALL PERVADING DIVINTIY ASSUMING HUMAN BODY TO TEACH THE HUMANITY ABOUT THE PURPOSE OF LIFE.EVERY DEVOTEE IS A GIRL FRIEND OF ALL PERVADING DIVINITY OR ALLAH PR PARAMATMA OR HEAVENLY FATHER OR GOD.DONOT LIMIT GOD TO BODY

I think what Sridhar means is that there is goodness in you - which is a quality of God. And there is nothing wrong in worshiping the goodness in you.

IF YOU WERE STUDYING NEWTONIAN PHYSICS AND I ASKED YOU QUESTIONS SUCH AS IS IT CORRECT THAT THERE IS NO ABSOLUTE TIME AND TIME ITSELF CHANGES WITH ACCELERATION ... WHAT ANSWER WOULD YOU HAVE TO GIVE?
EXPLAINING HINDUISM IS ALSO NOT THAT SIMPLE. INTERPRETATIONS DEPEND ON HOW ABSOLUTELY ARE YOU KNOWLEDGEABLE ON THE CONCEPTS. DO YOU TAKE STUFF ON ITS FACE VALUE OR NOT. DON'T FORGET THAT IT IS VEDIC SAINTS THAT HAVE DISCOVERED THE MATHEMATICAL CONCEPT OF INFINITY AND THAT THEY ALSO PROCLAIM THE CONCEPT OF MAYA I.E., ILLUSION THAT AGREES WITH EINSTEINIAN PHYSICS.

David, every religious text talks about something which is grey area about other religion.
There might be something similar in Xtianity a well, just because we do not have knowledge about the same does not mean there is nothing like that in other religions.
Any ways.. here are questions for you?
1. If Jesus was god, or son of god, why humans could put him on corss? why was he killed by humans?
2. Do you think a virgin can give birth to a baby?
Guys this is not to defame any religion, I do respect humanity and all religions, but is some one questions and thinks that he is right, then i consider it my right to show him his grey areas.

U ppl say some crap story and derive meaning out of it. When will u open ur eyes? There's nothing wrong in shedding ur ego and say we lived stupid for centuries.Jus look around and c the ppl who suffer in road withou house,food,clothing etc.. wat have u done to them or ur God done to these ppl? ur ccomfy in ur A/C room with a computer, jus for a mment think abt the ppl around u! U put millions of crores in tirupati for wat?? christian missionaries spend billions, mecca tours r a multi million travel deals.
