India has lot of talibani animals, they strike at regular intervals, sometimes at Mumbai, next time at rabad and so on. Our Taliban Govy actively encourages Taliban. It has failed to books even a single Talibani. Governemnt funds have been given to NGOS having Taliban as their ideal.
