In Hinduism the concept of God is supreme and not childish like other religions. The problem is some stupid dont read all the texts and shout at this blog many times. Hinduism existed several attack for million of years. Its philosophy is very sound and thats why it has existed and ever-exisiting. To look for the definition of God read Geeta and Upanishada. Since most of the Vedas are lost and destroyed, only 4 Vedas are not sufficient to have right idea abot God. Krishna defined God as no beginning, no end, nor form. He is the only one defined God like that way and showed His world view-the only proof in Geeta. We all are created from Brahma so we all have Godly character. Thats why monks achieve supreme state what we call Godly. You wont understand these with your stupid brain. REad what scientists said (Erwin Schrodinger-WHat is life)

Did I read other religion as "childish" ??:) who pray tree, Snake, Monkey, Elephant....Stones ....dont hv the time to list 33 crores...Did you call worshipping idols as supreme?? No...it's stupidity..no offense intended.. Here you comes on point derc cruse... You said, you religious scripture is corrputed...OOPSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!! Vedas got corrputed...Damn!! So since your religious scripture is corrupted..I'll ask u to do some HOME WORK and read scripture which is not corrputed from other religion. May be, u might guide to the right path ....I'll pray for u..

33 crores is still finite. There are infinite forms of God and we Hindus worship those forms and make new forms also to cultivate compassion towards the whole existence that has positive value. In the same way we curse the evil Rakshasas who are symbolic to wickedness, and cruelty. Our scriptures are not corrupt and can never be. Vedas are eternal and those who practice compassion do not need things to be written somewhere. We develop spirituality by simple means through intuition. Ram Sethu project definitely is a wicked joke to hurt the sentiments of Crores of Hindus. This intention is what we are against; Our appeal to the govt is to find alternative means but not to stop progressing. I hope the uncompassionate rationalists can understand the view point.
Agreed Hidus pray to Stones,Snake etc.Prototyping is a common form of scaling up.Hindus percieved stone as God and not God as stone becos, they felt that infinite blissful truth cannot be comprehended by a limited mind and so to get our mind fixed, idols were used. Ramakrishna Paramahamsa was so fixed with kali that his guru had to chide him to focus on going from form to formless. Snakes represents ego and also our consciouness follow a wave pattern which is much like snake.Vishnu lies on a snake bed which shows He has suppressed the ego. Shiva wears snakes as Graland which represents that He is an ultimate form of consciousness. Now where and No one in hidnsu ever came back and re visited Gita or Vedas. It is called Sanarthana dharma- Sustainable truth beyond time, caste and creed.
Worshipping monkey is an amazing stuff. Mind is like a monkey ever volatile and vagary. But when the same mind is focused on God and Good work ti becomes an object of worship. So is the case with Bull which is Shiva's vehicle. Look at it in another way, it also shows what a good friehndship can do to you. Snake is pernicious but when it befriends God, it is vernerable. We listed 3 crs of God and infact that was the population then. In hinduism every one is God- ISA VASYAM ITHAM SARVAM YETH KINCHIT JAGATH. God pervades and permeates in all being.
