U seems to be a foolish guy. So called dalits were the rulers during those times, Sita Ji was asked to go to forests because of the public opinion. Episode of Ram Ji and Kevat is fantastic example. Moreover the safety of these public became prime concern for him when he was in Banwas. I think u r a very narrowminded guy. Pls read as many books as possible and also try to travel a lot with open mind, it will unblock ur mind a lot. Best of luck.

valmiki who wrote valmik ramayanam was from a lower caste , so was vyasa who wrote Mahabharatam. Interestingly, the villian ravanan was a brahmin. This epic is revered by every hindu irrespective of caste. So think twice before you claim "Ravanan was a Tamil and brahmins are not tamils" in the same breathe.

Oh i forgot to add. Mayawati, a dalit, is in power in UP. She formed an alliance with brahmins. I want to see a Dalit, not an OBC in power in TN. If not in power, atleast become some adheenam. In case you didn't know, Dr Krishnaswamy , a dalit, in an interview said "In TN problem is between dalits and OBCs" He also said "Brahmins treat dalits better". That from the mouth of a dalit!!! this was after the incidents at maancholai ( cared to know who were responsible for that?)

But your mentor MK believes Ravanan was a Tamil. What ever it is , you are insulting an epic written by Valmiki, who was a lower caste hindu. Kamban translated it in to Tamil, now you are insulting him too. eh? Your question about Dalits during Ramayan times was answered. Try answering that, instead of side stepping issues. I repeat, non brahmanical tamils are guilty of treating dalits bad. So your concern sounds hollow!
