No one has heared of Fatwas being issued in Hindu relegion.Infact its most tolerant religion and 'Rama'is not only a name of God but its said that "Ram se Badha Ram KA Nam".I do not think we need to mind out bursts of DMK Leader against Ram.He is a politician who has only one religion and that is to cling to power by hook or crook.He is busy now transfering power to his sons after getting rid of Maran family who were more sensible part of DMK. Let us leave it to Ram to rake care of such monsters.

My Dear Rakesh, Please read today's Times of India in which Vedanti told TOI that it is in Bhagwat Gita to chop off the head for blasphemy of religious books.
