on seeing his wife enjoy that, he lost his mental balance and started blubbering like a fool...

seeing this other fools (read, the followers of ramasamy naickan) voted him as the leader of fools...

thus came naickan era...

Plz do not abuse the leaders like this. You may not agree with them, but lot of people respect them and give respect to that.
