He could have put the benefits in form of clear description of benefits - how many jobs created, how many new factories will come up, how much TN economy will benefit, how much govt gets as tax ... like that.
He can do it easily with Powerpoint or some PDF document
The very moment he took to abusing Rama, it shows he has something to hide.

They could very well still build the canal.
But they have failed to tell benefits. No use telling some ships will go shorter distance. How it benefits tamil people? How much for 2000 crore spent? We want clear details...
