I don't think this is the way to go but Karunanidhi being a terrorists and criminals lover should not protest this. (He had called the criminal sandalwood smuggler Veerappan a respectable figure and makes noises in favour of criminals all the time). The political parties in TN should make the next elections a fight between Atheists like Karunanidhi and believers in God. Question for Karunanidhi: 1. Is Rama is the only imaginary character or all the gods are imaginary? 2. Is Kannagi an imaginary character or not? If not, is there any proof? If she is imaginary character then why are we having a statue of her in Chennai and you say she is part of Tamil culture? For all those that believe Karunanidhi is firm in what he believes then you don't know this guy. He changes his mind on any issue only 5 times a day. He is sticking to what he said on this because he believe this will fetch Muslim and Christian votes.

The main problem is the Ram sethu project. If the election is based on Ram Sethu project, Karuna will win all assembly and Parliament seats in tamil nadu.
