When Ram BHaktas including Jayalalitha arrested Sankaracharya and humiliated him, where was your Hindu pride.

Who released Sankaracharya .. It was Kalaignar ..

Admit it .. Ram BHaktas humiliated Sankaracharya and did not allow him to attend the Rameshwaram Temple one year,

Understand that Rama was incarnation of God. in the form of human being. He has all the qualities of human being. He was a king. Kings take somapanam.

Valmiki said that Rama didnt take somapanam after he got separated from Sita.

Nowhere in Ramayana, he said that Rama was a drunkard. There is a difference between drunkard and occasional drinker.
