haan bhai, saare bihar UP ko to aap log hi paal rahe ho naa? Population count kar lo ya fir pehle counting sikho....aur agar Marathi ko kahe ke Out of maharashtra mat aana to kaisa laega, raho apne maharashtra main jai maharshtra karte huye? UP BIHAR ke log United India main believe karte hai aur wo Sirf JAI Hind Jai BHarat bolte hai... Aur gandgi ki baat karta hai...sare duniya ko pata hai ke Dunia ka sab se bara slum area tumhare mumbai main hi hai...aur India ki sab se developed and costly city NOIDA UP main hi aati hai...khud hi soch lo kon kis ko chala raha hai...kya hai tumhare pass aisa jo UP BIHAR main nahi hai... jis chiz ka ghamand hai tum logo ko? Are sabse bara filmstart bhi UP se hi aaya hai amitabh bachhan aur sabse bara politician Bihar se Lalu prashad yadav....Sabse jyada UPSC ke topper tumhare Maharashtra se nahi hai wo bhi UP BIHAR se hi hai aur..sunna hai....tumhare desh ki aazaadi ki pehli ladai bhi UP BIHAr se hi suru huee thii sipaahi vidroh...zindagi bit jayegi UP Bihar ki baate sunte huee ke Usne tum logo ko kya kya diya hai.....

I believe that is purely because they snatch it from Marathi (Check out our Kokan).
As for intelligence, yes I agree Bihar & UP are most developed/progressed state Vs the Maharashtra which is famous for day-2-day kidnapping as well as dirty politics.
Thats why you see most of marathi people are rushing to Bihar & UP.
