BJP represents Hindu clan, All its leaders around the age of 50(Vanprastha age, when King Dashrath wanted to give his throne to Rama)should shift in party work or be an advisory role only. Let all young blood should elect their leader, otherwise, it is an old people party, having infight for the chair only, will collapse automatically.

You must be thinking of the Communist Poliburo gerontocracy. Or even the Kangress Nehru-Gandhi clannishness. Non-leftist parties are the key to Indian growth and resurgence, while the leftist parties, including the Kangress party are destroyers of India.

Dear San, I want to emphasise the younger generation should be given opportunity, and all oldies must retire.They may be in any party, they are responsibile for todays chaos/indiscipline for the sake of their chair.If they become guiding force, they can check the youngies to behave properly.
